A new website is launched, www.wegofullsteamahead.org. WeGo Full Steam Ahead is a public art initiative that will place artistically painted train sculptures throughout the West Chicago community, celebrating local history, creativity, and civic pride.

Frost Fest Window Painting Theme is Candy Canes

Frosty the Snowman comes to West Chicago for Frosty Fest from 4:30 to 7: p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, in the historic downtown district. The theme for the window Decorating contest is “Candy Canes.”
