Halloween Festivities Coming to West Chicago

It has been reported odd and strange characters are coming to the historic downtown district for the Trunk or Treat hosted by the West Chicago Public Library and Downtown Trick and Treat hosted by the City of West Chicago. Scary characters are at Reed Keppler Park for Spooky trails, hosted by West Chicago park District.
