Local Scarecrows Winners in Contest

Two familiar local-area places were contest winners in the 40th annual St. Charles Scarecrow Fest .In the School/Not-for-Profit/Club Category, Benjamin Middle School won third placed in the Mega/Mechanical Category American Science & Surplus won first place.
