Kelley Cappell was honored as the “People’s Choice” recipient of the City of West Chicago’s 2025 Art Banner Exhibit, “Sustenance/Sustento,” at the Monday, Oct. 20, City Council meeting. Her entry was titled “Protect Our Oceans.”
